Register a Club, Team, or Organisation for 2021!

Club Affiliations for Semester 2 are open from January 25 2021! Basic club affiliations remain open all year. Funded club affiliations will close 4pm Friday March 5 2021.

Before you register a club, please read the Guild Affiliation Policy for Basic and Funded Clubs, this gives you an idea of what you need to get started and the rules surrounding club affiliation.

The purpose of this policy and its supporting procedures is to regulate the Affiliation of clubs, societies, collectives, teams, or other such entities within the governance framework of the ECU Student Guild.

Affiliations are open 4 weeks prior to Semester  and close at the end of Week 2.

Benefits of Basic Registration
  • Administrative training and support including templates that will enable clubs to seamlessly meet the Guild’s Affiliation conditions;
  • Free access to the Guild’s range of event equipment and resources in accordance with booking processes;
  • No booking fee for nominated University facilities;
  • Invitation to Orientation Week events and Guild Week events; and
  • Collaborative promotion of your activities and initiatives, through the Guild’s website, social media platforms, and other resources.
  • A section on the Guild’s website dedicated to your club, team, or organisation.

  • Financial grants and incentives from the Guild
  • Use of the Guild’s photocopying and printing facilities for approved events; and
  • Use of Guild infrastructure, including a dedicated Guild email address and webpage, to facilitate effective club administration;
