ECU Battery Society

The ECU Battery Society provides students with opportunities to explore the world of batteries, energy storage, and emerging energy technologies. Through seminars, workshops, demonstrations, projects, and hands-on educational activities, members can learn about battery materials, manufacturing, testing, recycling, safety, and responsible battery use.

The club connects students from engineering, science, and related disciplines with researchers, industry professionals, alumni, and community organisations, creating opportunities to build professional networks, collaborate, and learn more about potential career pathways.

The club also encourages student-led research and innovation, with a focus on sustainable energy solutions, environmental responsibility, and the safe and responsible use of battery technologies.
