City Campus After-Hours Bookings Now Open – Guild Student Lounge

We’re pleased to advise that the Guild Student Lounge at ECU City Campus is now available for after-hours bookings (4pm–10pm, weekdays) for affiliated student clubs.

This update provides clubs with increased access to a central on-campus space to support meetings, events, and activities outside of standard hours, while ensuring appropriate coordination, safety, and facility management processes are in place.

Guild Event Staff and Senators have view access to the Guild Student Lounge – City Outlook Calendar to check availability.

How to book
All bookings must be submitted via the Events Team using the approved Club Event Form.
Please note: 3 week deadline does not apply to booking this space. We can turn this around much faster, but please be mindful that Paul Harnett only works Mon-Wed.

Access & security
Once approved, the Events Team will manage all booking administration, including calendar scheduling and coordination with Security Services.
