The ECU Visual Art Society was created with the intention of building a strong, supportive community for enrolled visual art students. It offers a space where students can step into their identity as artists and gain a sense of what working in the creative industry might feel like.
Through life drawing sessions, workshops, and exhibitions, students have the opportunity to develop their practice, collaborate with peers, and gain experience in presenting and organising their work.
The club also welcomes ECU visual art alumni who wish to stay connected and contribute to the next generation of artists (enrolled students).
Whether by running workshops, sharing opportunities, or offering mentorship and networking, alumni involvement strengthens the bridge between study and professional life—creating a rich ecosystem of learning, support, and creative exchange.
