ECU Women's Community

The object of the ECU Women’s Community is to provide a support network in order to enrich the university experience of all female identifying students and staff members. We run a variety of social through out the year as well as running campaigns to raise awareness and empower students.

Hello everyone,

I am writing to inform you that we are looking for someone to take up the role of one of our women's officers. Unfortunately, due to an ongoing, as of yet un-diagnosed illness, I do not feel I am capable of fulfilling the duties my role entails. It is for this reason I am wanting to find someone motivated and eager to take over my role. I am happy to support whoever takes over as they transition into the role, but I cannot undertake this role in 2018. Please feel free to comment on this post with expressions of interest and I will be happy to get back to you.

Warmest regards and good luck to everyone with their studies as we move into the 2018 academic year.

Samantha-Jane Rose - Women's Officer.
