AIESEC is a leadership development organisation that aims to empower young people and raise cross-cultural understanding. We do this through creating a platform that allow young people to learn from practical experiences and challenge them to step out of their comfort zones. Our programs include opportunities for young people to learn regarding world issues, create meaningful connections with social impact organisations, and to allow for self-development through mentorship. We aim to provide ECU students opportunities for them to gain new learnings and experiences which allow them to develop their leadership skills.
