Arts Management Student Organisation
Arts Management Student Organisation (AMSO) is the official student body representing the Arts Management students of the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA).
We are dedicated to creating and cultivating a diverse program of performance opportunities, social events, and fundraisers, in order to provide practical experience for students. The funds raised from our events will assist us in our final year of study when we complete our internships at national and international arts organisations.

We’re looking for three (3) emerging theatre makers/creatives for paid internships as part of a four-week creative development at the Perth Institute of Contemporary Art (PICA). This will be from the 19th Oct - 14th Nov 2020.![]()

The development is a continuation of BAD BABY JEAN, a show created for live streaming earlier in the year, expanded to include an in-person audience. Four public development showings will take place in the final week of development.![]()

We are looking for theatre makers, directors and designers (set, light and sound) who are interested in creating and learning about visual, devised and tech-based theatre.![]()

To apply you must be over 18, based in Perth, available for the required dates and be in the first five years of your arts practice. We’ll be looking for proactive people willing to take on a challenge, with a genuine, positive attitude.![]()
